The "carbon crystal board," scientifically known as "bamboo charcoal co-extruded decorative panel" and also referred to as "bamboo charcoal board," is a type of wood-plastic board made using a high-temperature extrusion process. Its raw materials include bamboo charcoal powder, calcium powder, PVC, and additives. This extruded panel features a hard co-extruded layer on both the top and bottom surfaces, providing excellent hardness.
The first layer is a protective layer, made of a transparent PVC protective film;

The second layer is the surface film layer, using specialized water-based PVC film, scratch-resistant PP film, and high-gloss PET-G film, featuring a rich variety of patterns and exquisite, realistic textures;

The third and seventh layers are light-cured layers, primarily designed to ensure better adhesion between the carbon crystal board and the film;

The fourth and sixth layers are PP co-extruded skin layers, which protect the board from deformation and prevent the film from being see-through;

The fifth layer is the carbon crystal layer, formed by high-temperature pressing and extrusion of bamboo charcoal powder, resin, and polymers, featuring a stable honeycomb hexagonal molecular structure, aside from triangular shapes.
The carbon crystal board is a functional material that has been comprehensively upgraded from ordinary wood veneer panels. In addition to superior environmental friendliness compared to traditional wood veneers, it also offers higher abrasion resistance, better impact resistance, and a more advanced decorative appeal.

The carbon crystal board is produced using a double-sided co-extrusion process. The substrate is covered with decorative films featuring wood grain, fabric texture, solid colors, stone patterns, metal (brushed metal), glass, and skin-like finishes through the PUR hot melt adhesive process. The variety of patterns can meet the decorative needs of different styles for homes and commercial spaces.
